EX81 flow meters zero reset

All three ex81 zeros were reset. This was done between 1-2pm.

We have been seeing non-zero flow rates when there is no flow.

Currently, Center bay seems to be metering less flow with quick initial test with MP2000.

Further evaluation will be done.

Irrigation and seepage flowrate changed to incremental

The volume calculations for the irrigation (EX81) and seepage (Novalynx,PE102) have been update to show the change in volume between each logging time period (15 minutes) instead of cumulative volume.

Data from 9/6/2018 1:45pm onward reflect these changes.

Expect some data interruption on 9/5/2018 and 9/6/2018.

**Fixed irrigation incremental logging on 9/11/2018 11:00am. Please disregard data recorded from 9/11/2018 8am to 11am.

***EX81 incremental liters/sec can also be found on the Labview DSM.

Irrigation valve actuator swap 2016117093157

On Nov. 6, 2016 from about 10:45 PM - 11:30 PM Aaron and Michael performed work on the electric actuators controlling/monitoring LEO irrigation.

Several of the actuators were not responding (No diagnostics have been performed), so we swapped around actuators such that each bay now should have a functional actuator on both the MULTI1 and MULTI2 circuit.

Due to this change several irrigation circuits will display as "in transition" because they have been physically removed / electrically disconnected.

Irrigation on LEO-C on 2015-05-09

On LEO-C, Multi-1 valve opened at 3:15pm and closed at 4:15pm.

Irrigation on LEO-W and LEO-C on 2015-04-29

On LEO-C and LEO-W valves for circuits Multi-1 and MP3000 were opened at 10:00 am.

On LEO-C, valves for Multi-1 and MP3000 were closed at 3:07 pm.

On LEO-W, valves for Multi-1 and MP3000 were closed at 3:00 pm.

81 mm irrigation on LEO-W and LEO-C on 2015-02-12

02/12/2015 - 81 mm Irrigation event
Multi1 circuit on both Center bay and West bay opened for approximately 7 hours 10 minutes.
Start time 09:07
End time 16:18.

LEO-E irrigation valve manifold rebuild

02/03/2015 - East bay irrigation valve manifold removed by Tim to perform complete rebuild (07:30).

LEO-C_0_0_0_EX81 registering phantom flow

02/03/2015 - Since the rain event, the Center bay EX81 appears to be continuing to generate data (without flow). Investigation of this anomaly to proceed...

81 mm irrigation in LEO-W and LEO-C on 2015-01-30

01/30/2015 - 81 mm Irrigation event
Multi1 circuit on both Center bay and West bay opened for approximately 7 hours 15 minutes.
Start time 09:13
End time 16:27.

LEO-E steady state experiment 1

At approximately 10:00 MST on February 18, 2013, irrigation circuit Multi2 was activated to initiate the steady state rain experiment.
At approximately 7:45 MST on February 19, 2013, irrigation was stopped.
